I only trade blue-chip stocks but sometimes I feel like I have been missing a lot, especially when I see my friends making a killing from speculating third-liners. Should I gamble on tips and rumors? Ionics, Inc. declares dividend at 100% stock shares as per document submitted at PSE last May 18, 2012.

ION spun off its electronic manufacturing services to a wholly-owned subsidiary, Ionics EMS, Inc. (EMS). Accordingly, ION ceased to be a manufacturing company and amended its primary purpose from that of a manufacturing entity to a holding company.

Ayala Corp. (AC) and Metro Pacific Investments Corp. (MPI) have agreed to team up and bid together for light rail infrastructure projects.
